I installed MDK 8.0, and when tring to install some other apps that worked fine on 7.2, I get dependency errors. Does anyone know where I can get those?

ALso, eroaster now crashes on me right when it is about to burn. Does anyone know any issues with that?

if ure using some rpm kinda app to install, note the missing libs & grab em off ure install cd's, else go to a mandrake distro (ftp) mirror & grab the packages.

if this eroaster(?) is a front-end for cdrecord, issuing "cdrecord -scanbus" can tell some more. also notice dmesg for (not) loading the necessary (ide-)scsi modules for ure burner to work.

else post the error msg's here & we'll see.

You can find out the pakages that you need to install by typing the names of the libraries that the error messages show in rpmfind.net's search.
