Dell backing out of the netbook market

http://www.theverge.com/2011/12/15/2...quits-netbooks

According to the story, they are going stick with the Inspiron Duo, but the other Dell netbooks are leaving the field.

Frankly, I think it's a good business move.

Tablets will take over the netbook users who just want to surf the web and view media, which I suspect is the majority of them.

The persons who use their netbooks like real computers, as I use mine, are, in my opinion, a very small market; they will move to lightweight laptops.
