This should be easy. You do not need to change the partition boot flag as grub is starting OK. You need to edit the grub.conf file to point to the correct partition containing XP.

As root:

fdisk -l /dev/hda (Assuming you are not using scsi)

This gives you a list of your partitions. Note which one is the XP partition. It will probably be the first large ntfs or fat32 partition.

Now edit /boot/grub/grub.conf. Find the entry for XP (whatever you decided to call this boot at install time). There should be an entry below it with hd(0,0) in it. This is the value to change. The 2nd number refers to the partition number. Watchout because they start from 0! If your XP partition is (from fdisk) /dev/hda2 then it should read hd(0,1). Once you have edited the file try rebooting.

One word of warning. Make sure you have a boot disk for you Linux system handy. If you mess up the boot loader file you will need it!
