LISP is a programming language. And if you did an installation of Linux, YOU set the names/passwords when you did it. There's no way we can tell you what these are. The only user ID that's common to all Unix/Linux systems is "root", but there's no 'default' password...it's set when the system is built.
You don't say what version/distro of Linux, onto what "IBM Machine", so it's hard to give you any detailed help. If you don't know the root password, you can either boot from the installation media, or boot the system into single-user mode (usually typing S at at the boot-menu), and change it from there with the passwd command.
