Default install security

Which do you think has the more secure default installation (minimal requirements installed only):

Hardened LFS or OpenBSD?

No OS is 100% secure. Having said that, from the choices you provided I'd go with OpenBSD. Unless I'm reading the LFS site wrong, it says "HLFS is currently in an alpha state."

Yea, I'm aware that nothing is 100% secure, but I was just wondering which one is more secure than the other.

The HFLS book is in its alpha state, but I meant if you already know how to build Linux and follow the general guidelines that make the build more secure than a regular typical build. (Tweaked toolchains or whatever, etc.)
