dead MS keyboard under X 4.3 [SID]

weeeeeeeeee for bugs!

I'm using the same config from the one I used for so many months on slack 9.1, transfered it over here in debian SID and theres no keyboard under X. Not only that but It takes like ~15-20 secondes before the window manager (flux in this case) is ready to be used.

I use "microsoft" since I have a natural keyboard and thats fine on slack but here, I just get the mouse working under X. Isn't it basically the SAME thing. I don't see the logic behind this.

Everything else seems fine though.

*bump*

sorry if this is too much to ask but any admin? is it possible to move this thread in the debian section? I made the mistake of posting here

Also, if it helps for readers, check out my my xf86 config file (which I use the SAME options compared with any other distro) and I still get no working keyboard.

Thanks.
