cygexpat-0.dll problems in cygwin

I've just installed cygwin , and everything seemed OK , until I got the message when I tried to startx that a file called cygexpat-0.dll was not found . It was supposed to be in the /bin directory , but it's not there . Can anyone help me ? Can you point me to somewhere I can download the file from ?
