Cut and paste from text editors causes layout problems

Hi all,

I use a text editor (Wordgrinder or Nano usually) for typing blogs, emails, etc. however I have a problem when I cut and paste the text.

Here is an example
of
how it comes out sometimes
and I
really don't know why.

It seems to be a problem with justification or font. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix it?

Yes I know I could use a WYSIWYG programme but I do much prefer a text editor if possible.

Thanks so much,
Greg
