Unhappy Curses


I log into linux using telnet thru windows 2000. and when I use the method box() in ncurses library it is not functioning properly
the window is filled with some garbage. is it bcos of terminal settings ?? help me..

It's probably a terminal type problem. Once you're logged into Linux, do an "echo $TERM" to see what terminal type it thinks Windows is. It should be either "vt100" or "vt102". If not, set it to one of those before running your curses app.
