CSV to html linux

Greetings
i have a a bunch of csv outputs from a bash script. I'm looking to convert this to html pages to display over the web. Is there some open source package i could use to make the html look nice and not just plain html and maybe something that does charting or something the you can interact with like select ranges, timeframes etc...? Need some direction.
Thanks again,.

You could use http://xmlgrid.net/csvToHtml.html to convert it to an html table, which might not be the best idea depending on the kind of data that you have.

Then research bootstrap which, with some basic HTML/css knowledge could help you make the site much more functional and presentable.

Again, the solution would depend on what data it is? Is it tabular data? Paragraphs?

This example of bootstrap came to my mind http://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/examples/dashboard/#
