Crystal 4232 sound card in mandrake 9.1
Hi
I installed Mandrake 9.1 (looks great with lots of Software onit) and I have a problem with the sound.
I am using OSS sound system and my card is crystal audio 4232 PnP card.I setup my sound card with the "sndconfig" command and as usual with PnP car cards I have to setup the IRQs manually
,and I did that ..then it worked fine.After I rebooted the machine the sound worked but this times it "its like it repeated every frame of any sound I play on the machine".
Then I did the sndconfig command again to set it up...I used the same I/O and IRQs and it did the same thing.
What could be the problem ..beause it surely ain,t the IRQs...
