CrossOver can't connect to the Internet and Wine doesent pass the 80%

I want to install the M$ Internet Explorer just to compare how fast it is on Linux.
I tried with Wine, it downloads fine until it comes to 80% where it doesn't move.
I also tried with CrossOver Office. It downloads the installer-programm but when it wants to download all (tried Custom and Normal Installation) it can't connect to the internet.
What can I do??
