Creating gtk3 themes?

Is there any resources for learning to create gtk3 themes? My googling has come up with nothing.

Thanks in advance!

Just googled a bit for that, but found nothing except a GTK 3 Theme template. Don't know if that works and how good it is.

find a gtk 3 theme that is "somewhat" close to what you want
then READ THE CODE

the same way you did when you were learning the gtk2 themes
Gedit is a GREAT tool for this
