Question Creating an installation CDROM

I'm currently running RH9, but do not (at the moment) plan to migrate to Fedora. Instead, I want to grab new stuff from the web (e.g. the new KDE version, new kernel, etc, etc), and make a custom bootable/installable CDROM with all my current stuff on it. Can someone point me to some documentation on how I can do this?

You can start with Knoppix and remaster it to include whatever applications you like. It is not a trivial task, but documentation is here:

Progeny is also working on a similar concept of "componetized linux" where you can add/remove components, then create a custom install CD. They are using RedHats Anaconda installer and a custom application called "picax" to create the CD:

The Progeny approach is still under development. Also, both the above approaches use Debian as a base. I don't know if there are similar projects that start with RedHat.
