Creating a multi boot CD with live linux distributions

Hi,
I have the following linux live CD ISOs in my PC.

1. ALinux Live CD
2. Fedora 9 Alpha Live CD
3. Kanotix 2007 Live CD
4. PC Linux OS Live CD
5. Vector Linux Live CD
6. Ubuntu 7.10 Live CD

I want to burn them all onto a DVD-R with a menu structure. Based on the option I select from the menu, the corresponding linux OS should boot.

Can some one help me?

I found a link http://linuxfellaz.net/doku.php that does it to some extent, but this link is outdated. For ex, it mentions about a file miniroot.gz and I could see that it is changed to initrd.gz. More over the contents of this file is not the same.

Thanks,
Balaji.

Well, one way might be to install an absolute minimum of a linux distro and from there install VirtualBox (open source, free).

VirtualBox can mount ISO's and run them but you would have to have a Linux environment first so you could run VB.

I'm not sure which you should choose for your environment, anything that has "Lite" or "Light" in it's title, I guess. Install it, then remove almost all apps you don't want but keep your X and preferred window maker (kde, gnome, etc).

I haven't tried this so I can't guarantee this is the best way to go; it's just what occurs to me off-hand.
