Creating a bootable DVD w/ multi ISOs

I'm wondering how I can create a bootable DVD with multiple ISOs. I'm wanting to put all 4 slackware 10.2 ISOs on 1 bootable DVD and install from it instead of 4 clunky CD-Rs. Currently I'm on Windows XP and use Nero.
