cpu speed


Hello
I want to change the speed of my cpu cooler it is possibly in linux !?
(software)

(I hear about acpi)

Um......Cpu cooler.....Sometype of refrigerated cpu? Oh the pentium beside the beer, yes its cold.

Did you say that you want to change the clock speed and then try to make it run cooler?
Fan controlers, Pelter coolers?

Am I following this as overclocking? If so overclocking is done on the mobo with dip switches or jumper pins or it could be done with the bios.

I think that i am just rambeling and not sure what your talking about.

are you trying to change the clock speed of the cpu or the spin speed of its cooling fan?
