cpu fan works at full speed after unusual shutdown

Hi...
I have a Turion 64 X2-TL50 laptop.Cpufreq for Linux allows the system to automatically adjust the CPU frequency and cpu fans also work in defferent levels and there is no problem.I have no lm_sensors installed...
But after unusual shutdown, when I reboot, cpu fans work at full speed even after reboot.
CPU fans just after reinstall the linux os work normal!
I have tested RHEL 5.2, CentOS 5.2, Fedora 9, Ubuntu 8.04.1 and openSUSE 11.
I think this is not a BIOS bug while I have not this problem in my laptop when Windows installed.
What can i do?

acpi?

Is it possible that an improper shutdown caused acpi to do the wrong thing?
