Could we disable a particular service in GRUB menu

Could we disable a particular service in GRUB menu?

Like to disable the KVM service if i were to run level 2 during bootup.

Thanks.

Justin

No, Grub has nothing to do with services launched by init.

You could add a GRUB entry to boot into another, usually unused, runlevel then ensure that the srvice you don't want doesn't start at the runlevel.
If you google adding runlevels to GRUB 2 you should find some examples of the first part.
