Converting *.ogm (with 2 language tracks) into svcd's

Does anyone know of a method that can be used to convert my *.ogm files with 2 language sound tracks on them into svcd's. I've got a couple of fansubs that are *.ogm files, and using my Windows box im able to select english as the output sound, and deselect subtitles, so that its just like a regular movie (for us english speaking folk). I want to be able to encode my svcds with the english track and no subtitles. Id appreciate any feedback on this matter... Thank you...
