Controlling Volume of all outputs with one main slider
 

Well, its just as the title says. Insead of having to control all the seperate soun d outputs is there any way to do it with just one.

Make a program which changes the Volume and PCM together....or not

Any advice on how to do that. A link to a good tutorial would be nice. I have wanted to give linux programming a shot.
