Connect PC to TV


Hi everyone,

I've got a little plroblem with my graphics card, I don't know if my TV-out connector works so I wanna try it under Linux, how can I select my TV as output device?

If your video card has a TV out port or a s-video port, when you boot up that machine it should automatically send the image through the line you have hooked up (svideo or composite).

Oh, i didn't know that, but nothing's on the tele...

I've got a s-video connector or whatever you call it, the mini din, and I think it's not working and it's quite annoying coz I'd never used it before and I just bought a new tele to connect it... :'(

what kind of card is it? you may need to enable the tv out on it specifcally.
