??Compiling new Linux Kernel in DOS,and then installing and booting System whit that


hi.
is it possible to compile the new linux kernel in DOS environment?
and then instal it.
if no why?
and if yes ,how??
please introduce some links? about that

i do not think u can get that kind of linux environ. with all packages by using cygwin in windows

You need a functioning *nix environment, I believe. Even cygwin doesn't provide that.
