Communication between users

Hey Guys,
I seem to remember some command to be able to send other users on the machine a message.
ie: i can see who is on my machine with 'users' and i would like to say something to user x through the command line. Am i imagining things, or does this command exist?

#write cooluser <-- sends it to that users tty(if more, only gose to one)

#talk cooluser <-- works aswell.
