If you're talking about this device, then, if it is formatted already, simply mount the partition(s) as root, and go ahead and use the device. For example, if the device has one partition on it, of Ext2 format, then try:

Note that usually, devices listed in `lsscsi` will each have a unique address on the BUS. In your output, not only is that
not the case, but also ,it appears that you are in some sort of VM configuration. I do not know if that is going to play any role at all in how you go about accessing the flash drive, but if you are not making progress still, then please post again for us, and show us what commands you're tried, and what results appear in your terminal from them, and we'll try to help some more.
Remember to UNmount the drive/partition(s) before unplugging, if you do get them mounted.
