Clock isn'tset correctly?

I'm using NTP to keep time on my system from server '0.north.north-america.pool.ntp.org' and my clock is 15 minutes fast? How is that possible and how do I fix it?

Is that really you Tiger, LOL. Have you checked your locales settings to make sure you have the correct region selected? How do you know your clock is 15mins fast?

I'm having some limited success after adding 'burst iburst' to the end of the NTP server line in the ntp.conf file for the NTP server.

Well I'm not sure how to verify the zip but if it were incorrect I think it be off by more than 15 minutes, it would be an hour or more...
