Question CLI changing of Timezone

I'm running SmoothWall on the server in question. Its based off of VALinux. Being that its SmoothWall its a stripped down version of linux and dosent have all the cool config utils that I have on my main server. Just was wondering if the timezone can be changed using the date command or some other command at that level...

Thanks in advance!

Brett
