sancho5 Member Registered: Jul 2001 Location: Utah Distribution: RedHat v7.3, OpenBSD 3.3, FreeBSD 5.0 Posts: 327 Rep:	chattr usage Can someone explain the most common/useful application of the 'chattr' command? I read the man page and get the options, but where would it be really useful? I also saw reference to ftp with chattr - when is that useful, in regards to ftp? Thanks.
