changing window manager in gnome

i have rh8 distro . i want to change my gnome default window manager and put a lighter one.also please recomend some lighter(low mem) window managers.

for light window managers try one of the following: blackbox,fluxbox,icewm,windowmaker. there are alot more light windowmanagers, but these are the ones i could think of so fast.

in Red Hat 8 you need to go to /etc/X11/gdm/sessions or something like that, and edit the default script to point to the window manager you want. Alternatively, you can also just start the new window manager and set it as the default for that user.
