changing GUI
 
Hi...

All the computers at the place I study have a startup directly into fwm. I want to use wm. Wich file do I have to edit to make this change! I do know both are installed.

1. Leave your window manager (ALT+CTRL+F*)
2. At the console, enter "init 3"
3. Enter "startx <name-of-your-wm>", in your case: startx wm

You probably must be root to do this.

you edit .xinitrc in your home dir.
