Changing Ethernet speed to 100Mbps

Hi,
On Redhat, how to change Ethernet card speed from 10 to 100Mbps.

The card should auto-detect speed depending on the networking devices you're connecting to. What equipment are you using?

Thanks for your answer,
The card is configured auto-negociate and I would like to change it to 100Mbps Full.
THe system is an HP Proliant DL380.
