Changed Partition Table Data Recovery Ext3

Recently i've run testdisk utility in my Windows XP (http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk)
and accidently done a partition table change.

Now my hda6 no longer contain all my files that previously in it.
I havent format hda6 yet.

how do i recover the files in my hda6?

it is an ext3 partition.
now i can only see lost&found folder in my hda6

If you can see "lost&found" and the kernel is happy to mount the partition, then it doesn't sound like it's corrupted at all... Perhaps it has been moved to another number or something similar? Is it still the same size as before?

You did make a backup before playing with the partition table? :)
