Change File Descriptor

How can we change the file descriptor for example I want to change the stderr to 200 which is by default 2.
Is there any kernal parameter that we can pass it at boot time or we have recompile the kernel?

This won't be possible without a lot of recompiling, it is upto the application which fds it uses for output, it just happens that it is standard in C to use 0, 1, 2 for stdin, stdout, and stderr. If you really want to change them, edit the program source and recompile.
