Question CGI Internal server error

I am running an apache webserver with Linux 9. I cannot get the CGI/Perl to work. When I try to access the CGI/Perl scripts I get an Internal server error.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

My path is the default Redhat 9 path usr/bin/perl I have the script working correctly as a matter of fact I had it working on RH 7.1. The script I am trying to run is downloaded.
