you mean you installed centos 5.4 as a vmware guest machine?
if you want to burn the iso image of that centos 4.5 on your windows system, just use any cd/dvd burner program and choose "burn cd/dvd image"

If you want to install CentoOS in a virtual machine, you probably don't need to burn the CentOS iso on a CD/DVD. I'm sure there's an option in Vmware to boot from an .iso file.
