Question Centos 3.3

I just installed Centos 3.3 and busy running the updates....once doen I woulk like to configure this as a web server for intranet and eventually use it as internet as well......

Any guidelines as how to go about configuring it with good security??? And most improtant get it to actually work?

Your question is a little vague you think? Have you even attempted to setup Apache or whatever your going to use as your webserver? I'd say have a read at site to learn more and go ahead and browse around this site and others to learn more about security techniques.

Come back if you run into a problem or need a "more" specific question answered. Cause you shouldn't make members write howto's when they already exist.

No problem andn point taken.......I will play around and seee what I struggle with....just thoght I might get soemone else who is/was a newbie and had to try from scratch to do this and had some tips, to make it faster and easier for me, instead of goign through the same headaches others did already.........
