cd not found error

I created a custom distro based on fedora . When i boot from the first cd , i get an error :
" no cd found .. which matched boot media ..Please insert .." .
I also get the following error messages when i go to console by pressing alt + F3

trying to mount cd device hdb
mntloop loop0 on /mnt/runtime as /mn/source/...../...../base/stage2.img fd is 12
umounting loopback /mnt/runtime loop0

messages on console ALT + F4

unable to load NLS charset utf8
unable to identify cd-rom format
vfs: Can't find ext2 filesystem on dev loop0

The .discinfo file is included in first cd.

And also checked md5sum ... which seemed ok.

Dont know wats causing the issue .

Any ideas?

Thanks !!
