Cannot run " /etc/rc.d/bitlbee start " passwd incorrect?


I cant run as normal user

Why do you want to be able to run it as a normal user? It's good practice to only let root stop/start stuff. You can install the sudo package to let you run single commands as root, which avoids the hassle of logging in as root every time.

However, if you DO still want to be able to do it as a normal user, then you'll need to post a bit more of bitlbee.conf for us to work out what's going on
