Can TCPDump filter on source IP?

Trying to get the syntax right for tcpdump to display traffic and I can't get it working.

I only want to see icoming traffic from a specific ip x.y.z.a, nothing else.

So I wonder whether it can be done at all?

tcpdump | grep IP.IP.IP.IP

You may also want to check out Ethereal [ ].
