Can someone tell me what kernel: =40142 WINDOW=16060 RES=0x00 ACK URGP=0 means please

Can anyone tell me what this means. I've just noticed it on our redhat server.
kernel: =40142 WINDOW=16060 RES=0x00 ACK URGP=0

Google is not helping me this time

Sorry. Its in /var/log/messages.
We have a tool that monitors the servers and it alerted this morning saying smtp was down which is why I logged in. found nothing about smtp but only this.

To me this looks like firewall logs like iptables -j LOG --tcp-options provides. Also its not a whole line. There should be Source and destination ip and port. Look a few lines up if you can find something like it.
