Question Can I use old modules when upgrading to kernel to 2.6.7 ?

Hi all,

I recently upgrade the kernel to 2.6.7 that is successfully operative. But i can't load any modules when bootup. Especially for my PCMCIA, i can't install this PCMCIA modules.

Under the old kernel, i CAN bootup with PCMCIA.
Under the new kernel, I can NOT bootup with it. I find that the PCMCIA modules of new kernel is different from the old one. when i try to "insmod" the old module, it fails !

What should i do ??
