can I run windows 7 & rhel5 server on same pc under xen

hi, not sure if xen if the right way to do this or not ?
I have rhel5 running ok and windows7 running ok, and currently access
both via grub (both os are on separate disks)
I want to be able to switch between both without rebooting.
xen is installed and working but I cannot configure windows to run as a guest as xen wants an iso or img file.
