Can i run command with specific TTY.

Hi,

Can i run "faxgetty ttyS0&" with specific PID and TTY.

because whenever i run my script manually like "./test" its working fine and used TTY=pts/2 or TTY=pts1. but whenever i call this script from crontab its not showing to me any tty like TTY=?.

Perhaps its not possible, if its not possible than how can i run my script every 2 minutes. i also tried "AT" but not helpful.

thank you very for help.

crontab or crond won't attach to a specific tty to my knowledge. You could always create a while loop script to run every 2 minutes within a screen session if you wanted, that might get what you're wanting.
