robeb Member Registered: May 2002 Posts: 113 Rep:	can't lock /var/run/crond.pid Get this error when I try anything with crond. Maybe crond thinks that another crond is running with the pid in crond.pid..but I still get this error if I delete crond.pid and then or restart crond. Is there another way around this?
