Okay.. more googling and I think I may have figured out what's happening, but I'm not sure how to fix it easily...
I have found that I have 2 versions of pilot-link installed on my system:
Code:
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Installed Packages
pilot-link.i386 1:0.12.0-0.pre4.0.fc4. installed
pilot-link.i386 1:0.12.0-0.pre2.0 installed
pilot-link-devel.i386 1:0.12.0-0.pre4.0.fc4. installed
Available Packages
pilot-link-debuginfo.i386 1:0.12.0-0.pre4.0.fc4. updates-released[root@localhost ~]#
So i'm figuring that they are conflicting with each other... of course I may be wrong.
I want to remove just one of these, but when I try, YUM (or Yum Extender) wants to remove Evlolution, and a bunch of other things.
Code:

Is this ok [y/N]: n
How can I remove just the older (1:0.12.0-0.pre2.0) version and leave the newer?
Thanks!
