Can't find fluxbox install?

Am I doing something wrong? I must be, cause I downloaded fluxbox v.0.9 rpm and double clicked on it (i'm a noob) and waited for a few secs, and got a message saying "everything already installed." I don't know if that is the way to install an rpm but I took a shot but if it's already installed, why cant I find it? I cannot find it ANYWHERE on my system. Where am I supposed to be looking for this program? Do I run it by command line? What do I type? Thanks in advance............

rpm -q fluxbox #This tells you which fluxbox rpm is installed.
rpm -ql fluxbox #This will list the files installed.

There is a command to show which executables were installed but I'm not at home right now, but I think this should help you locate them.
rpm -ql fluxbox |grep \/bin\/

FYI in mandrake you should always use urpmi to install rpm packages. I takes care of dependencies and generally makes life easier. There is gurpmi for the GUI interface if you don't like typing on the command line. Also the MCC (Mandrake Control Center) has tools for installing and updating software which are excellent.
