Burn-in stress program for CPU, memory, disk, network

I'm looking for a burn-in type utility for my red hat 7.1 system.

Basically I need a program that exercises Memory, CPU, Disk, and Network. It would be nice if I could set the percentage on how intensive I want each of these areas to be stressed.
