" make : ksh command not found"
ksh is a shell program similar to the more popular bash. There a few differences between ksh and bash so you may or may not be able to substitute bash for ksh.
To substitute bash for ksh log in as root and issue this command:
ln -s /bin/bash /bin/ksh
and then try the make again. If it doesn't work then:
rm /bin/ksh
and find a copy of ksh and install it.
