browser problem with this applet....

I noticed that my netscape browser was behaving oddly when hitting some web pages. I just want to make sure that it's not a configuration problem on my machine.

Can someone try this on their Linux machine?
Open up a browser to this location:

You should see smooth animation( no jerks).
Tell me if you have any problems.

WARNING: On my machine, netscape takes up 95% of the CPU after hitting this website. and I have to kill the process. Other than this, it is harmless.
