Question brain buster... sbs2003 setup with linux?

Hi everyone,

I have an idea, and would like to know if it is possible. 3 MS Small business servers (ie Windows 2000 servers without domain interoperability or trust) on three seperate domains, Keeping their data one centralised linux server? Is this even remotely possible bearing in mind SBS will not trust other domains? If this could be done, many of my headaches would be laid to rest. Please guys any help or pointers would be absolutely great.
